The Position:
NMA China seeks a Business Development Director in Beijing to drive and execute strategy for its newly established China operations, reporting to the China Managing Director.

You will:
1. Work with Hollywood film studios, via NMA HQ, to ensure that the NMA China operation has first-hand film property information and to act as liaison between our China clients and the Studios;
2. Work with NMA’s partner agencies in China to ensure that agencies receive complete and timely film property information; and to assist all agencies with developing client-specific solutions;
3. Work with NMA’s direct clients in China.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
1. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Chinese AND English;
2. Experience working in multinational environment, or experience living abroad;
3. Experience in film production and advertising;
4. Strong work ethic, sense of humor, and willingness to travel.

The Position

NMA China seeks a Senior Account Manager in Beijing to develop and maintain client relationships, reporting to the Business Development Director.

You will:
1.Develop innovative, strategic, creative proposals according to client’s needs, take accurate client briefs, ultimately responsible for its implement on time;?
2.Establish and maintain positive client relationships, develop senior-level client relationship and potential client database for new business approach;
3.Maintain and develop account existing business, identify new business opportunities, contribute to company revenue targets;
4.Monitor programs to ensure it’s carried out within budget and timetable.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
1.Proven experience in a Senior Account Manager position of a 4A agency will be an advantage;
2.Experience in film production and advertising will be an advantage;
3.Strong work ethic, sense of humor, and willingness to travel;
4.Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Chinese AND English.
