Position: Associate Account Director /Account Director
Job Duties:
You will be working on a premium automobile brand with the opportunity to work with top talents on major campaigns. This is as good as advertising goes – marketing a top brand in the fastest growing China luxury auto market. This position has a lot to offer but it’s not for the weak-hearted. You will have a lot to learn and offer, and the room for growth is immense. The job duties include:
- Develop integrated communication campaigns that include TVC, print and retail ads;
- Manage projects efficiently and effectively;
- Supervise and develop market intelligence and competitive reports to clients;
- Lead creative briefings and reviews;
- Assign team priorities and manage resources to complete multiple tasks on time;
- Manage outside vendors (production companies etc) and control cost;
- Source of knowledge on all aspects of client’s business
Recruitment Criteria:
- 5+ years experience at 4A agency
- Automobile experience is must, luxury brand experience preferred
- Mandarin speaker, excellent English is must
- Good interpersonal and project management skill;
- Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure;
- Attention to details and well-organized;
- Enthusiastic, can do attitude
