周佩莲“即日离职”事件发生以来，我们所耳闻目睹的，都是相对支持周佩莲的言论或行动，我们也在一直努力，想获得贾世霆对此事的看法。巧的是，告别宴结束后，盛世长城大中华区CEO贾世霆（Justin）给盛世长城广州办公室所有同事回复了一封信，全文如下：
Justin对Pully离职事件进行了回应。
亲爱的广州同事们，
我很高兴你们大多数人为昨天Pully的欢送会所做的努力。
像你们一样，我正在读网上的许多关于Pully故事和博客的评论。还有很多谣言、揣测和匿名评论，像这样的情况是自然的。
就像上周我对你们说过的，我们要继续下去很困难。我很努力地在尊重Pully应得的所有权利和关系以及在盛世长城做所的一切。我们不希望让她难堪或者损害她的名誉，所以在沟通上我们必须非常的小心。在这么多的揣测和议论下这就变得更加困难。一些我认为损害了我们公司的言论，这其中大部分都是错误的。
Pully离开了公司，这并不是只有我的同意而是由我们公司所有高层的决定。这个举动也不是一个好的理由被我们所接受。
下周我们将会见面，我会和你分享以前你们没有看过的一些公司的细节。尤其要讨论我们在2009年的表现和对于2010年的挑战。我的首要任务是再度让广州恢复增长，我们都寻求个人和作为一个企业的增长所带来的利益。

Dear Guangzhou Team,
I am pleased that many of you made the effort to farewell Pully yesterday.
Like you, I am reading with interest the many stories and blogs regarding Pully’s departure - with many anonymous comments, rumours and speculation (actually this is one of the things I love about the democracy of the web....). This is to be expected in cases like this.
As I said last week to you in person - how we communicate this is very difficult. I am making every effort to respect all of Pully’s rights and the work and the relationships she has built in Saatchi & Saatchi - she deserves that. We do not wish to embarrass her or damage her reputation so we need to be very careful how we communicate. This becomes even more difficult when there is so much speculation and commentary - some of which I view as damaging to our agency, and much of which is simply wrong.
Pully has left the agency. This has been agreed not only by me but by all levels of our agency right to the very top. This action would not have been accepted without good reason.
Next week we will meet so that I can share with you some detail about our agency that has not been shared with you previously - in particular to discuss our performance in 2009 and what challenges this means for 2010. My priority is to get Guangzhou back to growing again - with growth comes the benefits that we all seek personally and as an agency.
