在演讲时切记要保持微笑，如果你不能很好的控制自己的紧张，最好把目光确定在台下三个点之间，以一定的频率在三个点之间转换。
在准备的时候注意要有临场的感觉，当你照着镜子看自己的动作时你就会发现自己的身体也许会晃来晃去，也许你的重心会在两只脚之间换来换去，这些都是不好的仪表。一个出众的spe**er应该注意自己的衣着包括神态，挺胸抬头，目光坚定，加上适当的肢体语言。这些都是为自己的自信和表现力加分的东西！
